Due to a Bank Holiday Monday, we have all decided to host a mixed yoga class within The Barn. 🧘🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

 

This will be an hour yoga session that will be the same sequence that you have been practicing throughout the month with me. But instead of an intimate class we will be surrounded by many others from the community building a beautiful energy to practice in. ✨🤗

Information regarding location of The Barn, will be sent to you the Friday before the event. As this is a residential address, we only share it with those who are attending the event via email. Thank you for your understanding.
